Nancy F. Johnston will guide you through using the two major handouts - "Insights to Action" and "Life Transformation Plan" - both of which are designed to help you maintain your focus on what is most important to you in your life.

Nancy provides a strategic approach to coaching and consulting for individuals and organizations in the areas of transition: personal, leadership, career, team and organizational. She is Associate Director, Career Services at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where she works with students and alumni and creates and delivers career management programming. Through the years, Nancy’s clients have ranged from corporate executives to entrepreneurs and small business owners who find her to be a trusted advisor providing strategic direction and focus, with an emphasis on execution. She helps clients develop their own vision and find clarity within the chaos. Nancy has worked as a career transition coach since 2005, primarily with corporate executives and individuals exploring new ways of working as consultants or entrepreneurs. She assists them in assessing and communicating their unique combination of core values and strengths and how to develop a plan to create a better future.

Throughout her career, Nancy has served in a variety of marketing management roles. She has been responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy for several leading providers of software solutions targeting Fortune 500 companies and large financial institutions. She has been able to successfully increase product and company visibility for both small and large organizations. Nancy received her Masters in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from The Adler School of Professional Psychology. This supplements her strong business education which includes an MBA in Marketing and Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Loyola University.
