Angie Keister Angie Keister Curriculum Focus: Leadership Dance Like No One's Watching: Leading Yourself Through Change Leadership is personal. Often thought of in the context of a group, team, or family—leadership starts with YOU, and how you lead yourself will dictate how you lead others. In this session, Angie Keister encourages you to understand the dynamics of change in your life and the lives of others and understand what it means to thrive through change. Her challenge for you is to learn how to take the lead and dance like no one's watching.

Angie is a passionate change coach and consultant, with the ability to help individuals and teams through change via an expert knowledge in group dynamics, coaching and experience using a variety of organizational development assessment tools (e.g. Organization Culture Inventory (OCI), Life Style Inventory (LSI), CPI260, Meyers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI). She has experience leading both planned and continuous change in business.

Angie is a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Academy®, and a certified Intrinsic Coach® through Totally Coached, Inc. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Organization Behavior. Currently she is pursuing her Ph.D. in Organization Development at Benedictine University. Her research interests include change leadership and thriving leaders.

Angie has led culture change initiatives for manufacturing leadership teams at Navistar, a company with cultural roots dating back over 150 years. She has designed and led employee relation programs for teams and leaders in heath care; helping to breakdown the boundaries between job classifications. For her work at Advocate Health Care she won the Organization Development Network of Chicago 2009 Impact award. Currently, Angie is President and Chief Coaching Officer for Cairn, LLC and serves on the Board of Directors for ODN Chicago.
